Interesting facts about Wu Fei...

In the summer of 2002, Fei held a 3-month old baby panda at the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base in Chengdu, Sichuan Province (Central China).

When Fei was 12 years old she led a children’s choir at the democracy rallies in Tiananmen Square, later hearing the gunfire from her home a few kilometres away.

Fei loves her cat, Mimi, more than anything in the world.  Fei trained her to stand, turn, lay, roll over, and shake, when Mimi was a kitten.

On a sacred mountain in central China, Fei saw a woman get attacked by wild baboons from a distance of about 10 metres.

Fei prefers Asian food to any other cuisine.

Fei’s number one interest outside of music is world soccer.  She grew up watching games with her father in Beijing from a very young age.

If you ask her to, she will recite Chinese tongue twisters at a rapid-fire speed.

Fei’s favorite memory from her childhood is riding a bicycle across the huge frozen lake at the Summer Palace in Bejing, a former residence of the emperor.
